Hopelessness Is Just A Phase And It Will Pass (guruji mahendra)

Hopelessness, is it a disease or just another phase? We would say that it is just a phase if you consider it so. Not every day seems to shed the same kind of sunlight on earth, not every night is longer than the daytime and likewise, whatever phase is reining in your life is not permanent, then why the hopelessness? Life will turn you down, and you will fight against it and stand back tall again, and then why feel sad in between? The harsh truth of the nature is that no matter what the fight is about, if it involves you, you have to fight headlong against it and the faster you realise that you and only you can fight against whatever you are facing now, the better it will be for you.

Hope is such a great thing, it makes you desire about all those things which you lack in life, it makes you want more; it makes you hungry. If you achieve all the things in your bucket list, you are lucky and if you don't then what accompanies the defeat and sense of fear, depression, sadness, confusion and terrible, terrible emotional stress and trauma. Since the world has turned materialistic, and people are more inclined to value things according to its worth, money wise, people desire more than what they can achieve, and that is the root of all problems. Soon they find themselves in a deep pit from which it becomes difficult for them to come out and then a series of bad thoughts surround them only to make them fall severely ill. Depression and anxiety and sadness al leads to diseases or disorders like schizophrenia and other such extreme health and mental conditions.


Hopelessness can be cured, with a little love, patience and a lot of self-help. If you are willing to help yourself out of this phase, you are half way through and let the rest of it on the therapist or the psychiatrist of your choice. If you can fight with these kinds of situations by yourself then, you need not go to a therapist. How would you know that if you are capable enough or not? Just try to see, if your health improves with sometimes. We are our own judge, and no one can understand us better than we, ourselves. Thus, you will know when these fogs clear out from your head, if and when your self-motivation does not seem enough, go under therapy. There are experts who are likely to give you a very good solution by just speaking with you. Remember depression is not a solution it is a disease. So to get out of such a hopeless situation you need to stand up and fight against the odds to make sure that nothing can come on your way to leading a happy and fulfilled life. Even when things does not turn up the way you want, there is nothing to be hopeless for, because if plan A did not work, there is always a plan B and then other 24 letters and innumerable numerals to attach.
